PMP Staff
PMP's instruction and operations staff are highly qualified and experienced.
Steve Dellarovere – Baseball Instructor, Speciality: Pitching Steve DellaRovere is an assistant coach at Nipmuc Regional High School, where he works primarily with the pitching staff. He has been there since the 2001 season. While there Steve has been a part of four Dual Valley Conference title teams and back-to-back Massachusetts State titles in 2001 and 2002. He has also spent time as an assistant coach of the Hopedale J’s Senior Ruth. A graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education, Steve now works at Douglas High School as the Physical Education Teacher for grades 8-11.
Beverly Wiley – Softball Instructor, Speciality: Fielding/Hitting Beverly currently serves as the Head Softball Coach at the Community College of Rhode Island. Beverly is also the Rhode Island Commisioner for ASA Softball.
Larry Embree – Baseball Instructor, Coach, Fall Baseball & AAU Coordinator Larry is currently the Head coach of the Hopedale J's Senior Babe Ruth Team (ages 16-18) and will also be coaching our 13U AAU Team. Larry has 16+ years coaching experience in the Little League and Babe Ruth levels with both in-town and travel (all-star) teams. Along with providing baseball instruction, Larry will be overseeing the Fall Baseball & AAU Baseball programs.
Mark Feeley – Baseball Instructor, Customer Service, AAU Director
DJ Martin - Baseball Instruction
DJ is a senior at Nipmuc Regional High School and is the Captain of both the Football & Baseball Teams at Nipmuc. DJ has been an instructor at several PMP clinics and has played for both Coach McInnis & Coach Embree. Last summer playing for the Hopedale J's, DJ batted over .400 and led the team in Hits, Average and RBI's.
Patrick Gallagher – College Recruiting Consultant, Customer Service Patrick, a graduate of Providence College ('89), in addition to his more than 15 years of business management experience, Patrick has extensive experience in the field of college athletic recruiting and regularly consults with families and area High Schools. Patrick's other company, College Prospects of America, has helped more than 40,000 families iin the college recruiting process.
Rick Grady – Baseball Instructor, Speciality: Hitting Rick is the JV Baseball Coach at Dover Sherborn. In addition, Rick has served as an instructor for many summer camps: PMP Sports. A 2004 graduate of Umass-Amherst, Rick currently teaches History at Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, MA.
Bill McInnis – Baseball Instructor- Coach
Bill is a 1982 graduate of
Franklin
High School . After high school Bill attended the
University of
Maine , on a full baseball scholarship. While a member of “The Black Bears” Bill played in the 1983 and 198
4 College World Series in
Omaha .
In the summer of 1985, Bill signed as a free agent with the Boston Red Sox organization. Bill began his career with the Winter Haven Red Sox (class A) and worked his way up to the Pawtucket Red Sox (class AAA) where he finished his career. Bill became the Varsity Baseball Coach at
Nipmuc
Regional
High School in 1996. His teams qualified for the post season every year culminating in winning the Division III Baseball State Championship titles in 2001 and 2002. Bill also served as the batting practice pitcher for the Boston Red Sox and the Lowell Spinners in the summer of 2002.
Bill is currently a Physical Education teacher at
Nipmuc

High School .
Brian Coffey – Baseball Instructor, Business Operations, Customer Service Brian has 14 years coaching youth sports - basebasll, basketball and soccer. Brian is also a CMBUA certified Umpire and has run over 30 marathons. Brian also has 25 years of sales and marketing experience.
